Over the course of 5 weeks the spring campaign
Rest…Catch Your Breath will emphasize the importance of rest and the impact it has on your health
by providing you with tools and information throughout the campaign.
It will guide you through the many types of rest, provide knowledge on the mental and physical benefits of rest and increase overall awareness.
Wellness Emphasis: Commit to setting aside time each day to catch your breath…rest. The amount of time you choose is based upon your needs, but we recommend at least 30 minutes each day.
Week 1: RESTORING BALANCE WITH INTERNAL & EXTERNAL REST
Learn how different forms of rest impact your health, lifestyle and productivity and how to focus on improving specific areas that may be deficient.
Week 2: REST YOUR WEARY BODY
Understand the health benefits of sleep and the impacts it has on stress, weight management, cognitive function and more.
Week 3: UNPLUG TO RECHARGE
Increase awareness of the impact technology has on your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Week 4: RELAX & RECOVER FOR BETTER MENTAL HEALTH
Learning the importance of focusing on self-care by taking mental breaks.
Week 5: CULTIVATING CONTENTMENT
Provides tools to assist you in fostering serenity and satisfaction throughout life.
